Terms of Use regarding ID Linkage with External Services

The "Terms of Use regarding ID Linkage with External Services" (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms and conditions applicable to the feature (hereinafter referred to as “ID Linkage”) that allows the use of accounts from services operated by third-party companies (hereinafter referred to as “External Services”) to use the service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) provided on the platform “Z-AN” by Avex Music Creative Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). These Terms apply in conjunction with Z-aN Membership Terms of Use.

ID Linkage is provided to users who meet the conditions prescribed by the Company and who have agreed to these Terms (hereinafter referred to as "Member(s)"). The Z-AN Membership Terms of Use, these Terms, and any other rules, guidelines, etc., separately established by the Company regarding the Service shall apply.

Note that the Japanese version of these Terms shall be the official version. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Japanese version and any translation, the Japanese version shall prevail.

1. Regarding ID Linkage

(1) By using ID Linkage to link an External Service with the Service upon member registration for the Service, Members will be able to use information regarding the Member registered with said External Service (hereinafter referred to as "External Service Information") within the Service. The use of the Service is subject to the Z-AN Membership Terms of Use, these Terms, and any separate rules, guidelines, etc., established by the Company regarding the Service.
(2) Members consent to the Company acquiring External Service Information and displaying and using it within the Service.
(3) The Company may change, suspend, or terminate the Service at its sole discretion.
(4) When using the Service using an account of an External Service, Members may be asked for permission for the Company to access certain data within the External Service. The Company may access such data only if the Member confirms the details and grants permission.
(5) Members may use ID Linkage to link multiple External Services to a single ID of the Service. However, ID Linkage is limited to one account per External Service. Multiple accounts from the same External Service cannot be linked to the Service.
(6) The purpose of use and handling of the acquired External Service Information by the Company shall be in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" regarding the Company’s Service and the "Joint Use of Personal Data" policy established by the Avex Group to which the Company belongs. Members agree that the Company will handle External Service Information in accordance with said "Privacy Policy" and "Joint Use of Personal Data.

2. Handling When External Service Account is Suspended

(1) Login to the Service via ID Linkage will become unavailable in the following cases:
1. (ⅰ) When the Member can no longer use said External Service due to withdrawal or other reasons;
2. (ⅱ) When said External Service is suspended, interrupted, or terminated;
3. (ⅲ) When the Service is changed, suspended, or terminated pursuant to Item (3) of the preceding Article;
4. (ⅳ) When ID Linkage with the Service becomes unavailable due to changes in the specifications or policies of said External Service or other reasons.
(2) In the case listed in the preceding item, login to the Service may become impossible, and consequently, the Member's information, etc., regarding the Service may be lost. In such cases, if a Member has already linked multiple External Services via ID Linkage, please switch to a valid External Service ID Linkage to log in. Furthermore, if the Member has registered an email address with the Service, the Company may notify the Member via said email address that the authentication with the source External Service for ID Linkage will expire, or notify the Member to encourage adding ID Linkage with another External Service before the authentication expires. To prepare for such situations, Members are advised to register an email address with the Service.

3. Use of External Services

(1) Regarding the registration and use of accounts for External Services (including acts such as writing content and posting; the same applies hereinafter), Members shall comply with the respective terms and conditions established by the External Service.
(2) Members shall register and manage accounts on External Services at their own responsibility.
(3) The Company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damages incurred by Members or any third party due to Members' use of External Services. Furthermore, if the Company incurs damages due to such causes, the Member shall bear all responsibility and indemnify or compensate the Company for all damages and losses incurred, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
(4) Registration and use of External Services shall be performed at Members' own responsibility, and the Company shall not bear any responsibility for any damages incurred by Members or other third parties arising from the registration or use of External Services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.

4. Amendment of Terms

The Company may amend these Terms at its discretion. When revising these Terms, the Company will post the details on the website of the Service and notify Members by a method prescribed by the Company. After the amendment of these Terms has been publicized, Members shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms upon the effective date of the publicized amendment or by continuing to use the Service.
