Regarding the livestream of Blue Journey 1st Live "Yoake no Uta," which took place on September 13, 2023, we regret to inform you that there was an incident of approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds of disruption in both video and audio due to equipment troubles, which occurred at around 19:33. 

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to our valued customers, the artists, and all parties involved. 

The cause of this livestream equipment issue is currently under investigation, and we will provide further details along with our future actions as soon as it is identified. 

We would like to express our sincerest apologies once again for any significant inconvenience that we have caused to all of you.
