We deeply apologize for being unable to deliver the livestream of “hololive Summer 2023 3DLIVE Splash Party! Sunshine," scheduled for August 26, 2023 (Saturday).

In regards to the tickets that are already purchased, we will proceed with the refund process as follows:

Refund amount: Half of the total purchase price, including system usage fees.

[hololive Summer 2023 3DLIVE Splash Party! Sunshine Viewing Ticket]

Refund amount: Full purchase price, including system usage fees.

*Regarding credit card refunds, there is no need for the customers to take any additional steps during the refund process. Please note that the refund processing may take some time. We kindly ask for patience and understanding as we work through this process.

*Customers who selected convenience store payment will receive an email from the payment provider to confirm their refund destination account information. We kindly ask for your cooperation in providing the necessary account information for the refund.　

*Please note that sales of both “hololive Summer 2023 3DLIVE Splash Party!” 2-day Viewing Ticket and “hololive Summer 2023 3DLIVE Splash Party! Sunshine" Viewing Ticket will be discontinued.

*About “hololive Summer 2023 3DLIVE Splash Party! Night," scheduled for August 27, 2023 (Sunday) at 20:00, it will proceed with the online broadcast as originally planned.
