[Notes Regarding Ticket Purchase]
Please ensure you read all the following notes before purchasing. By purchasing a ticket, you are deemed to have agreed to all the terms below.
Ticket Application
- Membership registration (free) at Z-aN is required to apply.
- [Pre-sale Lottery] If applications exceed capacity, a lottery will be held. Please ensure you apply within the acceptance period. Entry does not guarantee winning. Please check your results yourself via the "Application History" on this site. Winners will also be notified via their registered email, but delivery may fail due to communication issues.
- [General Sale] Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Sales will end once the planned number is reached.
- [Purchase Limits] Limits may vary by performance or ticket type. Please check the specific details provided.
- [Payment Methods] Available methods are Credit Card, Convenience Store Payment, and Mobile Payment (Mobile Payment is not available for the Pre-sale Lottery). If you select Convenience Store Payment, your reservation will be automatically cancelled if the payment deadline passes.
Tickets After Purchase
- [Cancellations/Changes] No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted for any reason (including illness, transport delays, or work commitments) after the purchase is complete.
- [Resale/Transfer] Reselling tickets for profit or attempting to do so is strictly prohibited. If illegal resale is discovered, the ticket will be invalidated, and entry will be denied without any refund.
- [Refunds for Cancellation/Postponement] If the performance is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters or organizer circumstances, refund details will be announced on the official website. In principle, only the ticket price is refundable; system fees and other charges may not be eligible. Applications after the refund period has passed will not be accepted.
Using Electronic Tickets & Admission
- [Basic Requirements] This is an electronic ticket; no paper tickets will be issued. A smartphone with internet access is required for entry. Feature phones, tablets, or smartphones with cracked screens may not be supported. Please check the recommended environment in advance: https://www.zan-live.com/support/environment.html
- [Admission Method] Log in to your account and present the electronic ticket screen to the staff. The admission authentication (swipe action) must be performed by the staff. Do NOT swipe the ticket yourself, as it will make the ticket invalid and you will not be allowed entry. Screenshots, captures, or printed copies are not valid. You are responsible for your own mobile data/communication at the venue.
- [For Multiple Tickets] You can distribute tickets to your companions in advance. If they have their own distributed ticket, they can enter separately. If you do not distribute them, all members must enter together with the purchaser.
Event Day Notes
- [Identity Verification] Depending on the performance, identity verification may be conducted. We recommend bringing a public ID (Driver's license, Passport, My Number card, etc.) just in case.
