・If you do not follow staff instructions or the guidelines below, you may be denied entry, or the event itself may be canceled.
・Forming a waiting line more than 30 minutes before doors open is strictly prohibited.
・Please refrain from forming a line in front of the stairs on the 4th floor of Onoden or around the Onoden Building more than 30 minutes before doors open. If such a line is found, staff will ask guests to disperse.
・Once it is 30 minutes before doors open, please follow staff instructions and line up in order of arrival along the passageway on the left side of the Onoden Building. At that time, please stay close to the building so as not to obstruct pedestrian traffic.
・Once doors open, please follow staff guidance and present the QR code of your admission ticket at the reception desk on the 5th floor.
・For entry between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., please enter through the front entrance of Onoden, go up to the 4th floor by elevator, escalator, or stairs, and then proceed via the staircase next to the 4th floor store.
・From 8:00 p.m. onward, the building will be closed, so please use the staff/service entrance.
※Instructions regarding entry procedures will be announced in advance on X (formerly Twitter).
・When staff are guiding guests, they may need to touch your shoulder or otherwise make physical contact in order to direct you. Thank you for your understanding.
・An admission ticket is required for all attendees of this event.
・For safety reasons, your belongings may be inspected upon entry.
・Food, beverages, dangerous items, and similar items are not permitted inside the venue.
・Guests who are heavily intoxicated will not be admitted under any circumstances.
・Sitting on the ground, gathering in groups, or loitering around the venue, including near the Onoden sales floor, is strictly prohibited as it may disturb local residents and other guests.
・Please manage your valuables and belongings yourself, or use the cloakroom (500 yen / items cannot be taken in and out).
・This event may be photographed or recorded. Please note that guests may appear in photos or video footage.
・If you take photos inside the venue, please be considerate and avoid capturing other guests whenever possible.
・Sudden rushing or “dash” behavior due to excitement is dangerous. Please refrain from doing so.
・If staff determine that your behavior is dangerous and you do not follow instructions, you may be asked to leave the venue.
・Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue. Please use the designated smoking area.
・Any violent or disruptive behavior (including heavy intoxication, excessive flirting/harassment, unauthorized filming, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Anyone found engaging in such conduct will be removed from the venue and/or reported to the police. Thank you for your understanding.
・In order to make this a safe and enjoyable event for everyone, please be considerate of others and cooperate with those around you.

※By applying for this event, you are deemed to have agreed to all information and rules stated on this page.

※Even in the event of cancellation, transportation costs, accommodation expenses, and similar costs cannot be reimbursed. Thank you for your understanding.

※Guests who engage in behavior that inconveniences other guests, whether inside or outside the venue, or who do not follow staff instructions, may be asked to leave. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
In addition, if such conduct causes an accident, injury, or other trouble involving a third party, the parties involved will be responsible for resolving the matter themselves. The organizer will not participate in any discussions or dispute resolution.
※For safety reasons, entry line regulations may be implemented, and door opening / event start times may be changed.
※After the event ends, please cooperate with staff instructions in order to avoid congestion.

■ About Identification / Identity Verification
As a measure to prevent ticket resale, we kindly ask for your cooperation in verifying the identity of the ticket purchaser (the applicant) upon entry.
On the day of the event, please be sure to bring both your “ticket” bearing your name and a valid “identification document” (one or more items) that shows the same name as printed on the ticket.
If you are unable to present your “ticket” and “identification document,” or if they are lost, stolen, incomplete, or otherwise invalid for any reason, you will be denied entry under all circumstances. In such cases, ticket refunds and reimbursement of transportation expenses, etc. will not be provided. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
※If there is any discrepancy in the information provided, you may be asked to wait while verification is conducted.
※Please note that identity verification is expected to be especially crowded shortly before the performance begins, and you may not be able to enter before the start time. Please arrive early and enter the venue as soon as doors open.
※If we are unable to confirm that the “ticket purchaser” and the “attendee” are the same person, or if resale or transfer of the ticket is discovered, entry will be denied.

※All official documents must be presented in their officially issued form.
※For Certificates of Residence and Family Register documents, only those issued within the past six months will be accepted.

Employee ID, student ID without a photo, credit card, cash card
※Utility bills (electricity, water, etc.) and postal mail are NOT accepted even if your name is printed on them.

■ Re-entry
・Guests who have purchased a venue admission ticket may re-enter even after leaving the venue once. There is no limit to the number of times you may re-enter.

■ Letters / Gifts
A gift box will be available at the venue on the day of the event.
Please see below for important notes and items that cannot be accepted.
