■ Precautions for purchasing tickets
Please read all these precautions carefully before purchasing tickets. By purchasing a ticket, you are deemed to have agreed to all these precautions.

1. About ticket application
Membership registration (free) with Z-aN is required to apply for tickets.
【Advance Lottery Sale】 If there is a high volume of applications, a lottery will be held. Please ensure to complete your application within the application period. Please note that winning is not guaranteed. You must check the lottery results yourself from the lottery application history on this site. Only the winners will be notified to their registered email address, but emails may not be received due to communication environment issues.
【General Sale】 Tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Sales will end as soon as the planned ticket volume is reached.
【Purchase Quantity Limit】 This may vary depending on the event and ticket. Please check the pre-listed content.
【Payment】 Available payment methods are "credit card, convenience store payment, mobile payment" (mobile payment is not available for advance lottery sales). If you choose convenience store payment, please note that your reservation will automatically become invalid (canceled) after the payment deadline has passed.

2. After purchasing the ticket
【Cancellation/Change】 Cancellations, changes, or refunds due to customer circumstances after purchase completion will not be accepted for any reason (including illness, transportation issues, work circumstances, etc.).
【Ticket resale/transfer】 Unauthorized resale of tickets for profit, as well as attempts to do so, are strictly prohibited. If unauthorized resale is discovered, the relevant ticket will be invalid and admission may be denied. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
【Refund in case of event cancellation/postponement】 If the event is canceled or postponed due to natural disasters or the organizer's circumstances, refund measures will be announced on the official website, etc. as soon as the decision is made. In principle, only the ticket price will be subject to refund. System usage fees and other charges may not be subject to refund. Applications for refunds after the refund period has ended will not be accepted, so please be aware of this in advance.

3. Using and entering with electronic tickets
【Basic usage】 These tickets are electronic tickets. No paper tickets will be issued. Internet-enabled smartphones are required for entry. Feature phones (flip phones), tablet devices, and smartphones with broken screens may not be usable. 【Entry method】 To enter, log in with the account used to purchase the ticket and show the electronic ticket screen to the staff. Entry authentication (swipe operation on the screen) must be performed by the staff at the venue. If you accidentally authenticate it yourself, you will not be admitted, so please do not touch the screen. Screenshots, screen captures, printed paper, etc. will not be accepted for entry. Please prepare the communication environment yourself as the venue cannot guarantee signal condition. Poor signal may prevent ticket display, so ensure good communication environment at your own responsibility.
【For customers who purchased multiple tickets】 It is possible to distribute tickets to companions in advance. Companions with distributed tickets can enter separately. If tickets are not distributed, the purchaser and all companions must enter together.

4. Precautions on the event day
【Personal identification check】 Some events may involve personal identification checks. We recommend bringing a government-issued identification card (driver’s license, passport, My Number card, etc.).

5. Others
These precautions may be changed without prior notice. The "Terms of Service" applies to other service usage.

＜Precautions regarding streaming＞

Connection and viewing environment

- A stable and high-speed internet environment is required to use our service. If you have a fixed line at home, please use a wired connection. If you use a Wi-Fi connection, please make sure that there are no obstacles between the wireless router and the viewing terminal.

- Before purchasing a ticket, please check if our sample video below plays back without any problems in your viewing environment and device. Refunds or cancellations WILL NOT be accepted under any customer's circumstances after ticket purchase.

- Due to the length of the stream, there will be a large amount of data traffic. We strongly recommend viewing the performance in a high-speed and stable Wi-Fi environment. The viewers are responsible for data usage costs for viewing the streaming.

- Please note that we are not responsible for any viewing problems caused by the customer's viewing environment.

- Viewing from overseas may encounter video or audio distortions due to the internet environment conditions in your country or region, and there might be instances where the complete broadcast cannot be viewed.

Notes and Prohibited Actions

- Cancellations or refunds due to customer's circumstances WILL NOT be accepted after purchasing a ticket or viewing has begun.

- Due to technical difficulties, there may be situations where the visual and/or the audio is unstable. The live stream may be disrupted during the performance for these reasons.

- Regardless of whether for commercial or private use, any kinds of recording, reproductions, and/or any acts that violate copyrights of the live stream are prohibited. Those unauthorized use of the streaming may result in legal liability. Taking screenshots of the live stream and uploading those "still images" on various social media and web services are permitted.

- If we find prohibited, illegal, or disruptive behavior, the participant will be removed from the live stream.

- If we find a participant violating our policies, we will report it to the authorities for further investigation.
